You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LawRep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. LawRep's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to LawRep in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. LawRep does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. LawRep does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any Provider's services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LawRep, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
